The following terms and conditions apply to all agreements that the customer (hereinafter "you") meets with NÜ A/S. By placing an order with us, you accept the terms and conditions that apply to us at the time you place your order.
Make sure you have read and understood the present terms and conditions before you place your order. We reserve the right to change the terms from time to time without further warnings.

Ordering and payment
www.nu-denmark.no is open 24 hours a day, and therefore it is almost always possible for you to shop online with us. It may happen that we close the shop for maintenance. It will only be possible to place an order when to online shop is open and available.
To shop on www.nu-denmark.no you must be 18 years old and possess a valid credit card, which we accept. If you are not yet 18 years old, you can still shop online with us if you have obtained your guardian's consent.
To place an order with us you select the goods you want to buy and put in into the shopping basket. You can check and edit the contents of the shopping basket as often as you want to, and check the prices, until the time you place your final order.
When you are ready to place the final order, click on the cart, whereupon you have to enter your name, address, email, phone number, payment method and choose the delivery form.
All prices are current prices and inclusive VAT and customes fee.
If you are looking for a specific item that is not on our webshop you are welcome to contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org and we might be able to provide the item for you.
For delivery in Norway the freight cost is free incl. customs fee. We will deliver your order with Bring. You can get the package delivered to one of Brings’ many packet shops.
On workdays we aim to deliver in Norway within 2-5 workdays. In case of holiday and during sale it might take a few more days. If you place your order before 11 a.m. on workdays we aim to send the goods to you the same day. We recommend that you carefully inspect your items when the parcel arrives. Please contact our Customer Service or Bring immediately, if any of the items are damaged upon arrival.
Delivery with Bring to Norway:
Your parcel will be delivered to a Bring packet shop. You can choose among many places in Norway where you can pick up your package. This means that your package will not be delivered at your home. Typically you can pick up your package all days, and in some Bring packet shops until 10 p.m. It is possible to pick up your package in up to five days after arrival. If the package is not picked up it will be returned to NÜ. We gladly send the package to you again against payment for shipping fee.
How it works:
You choose in which Bring Pakkeshop you want to pick up your package and finish your order like always. Remember to type your address correct. The system will not tell you if it can’t find the address.
Bring will send you an e-mail when the package is sent form their station and is on it’s way to you pick up place. This e-mail will tell you when you can pick up the package. If you have typed in your phone number when you places the order, you will also receive a text message.
When you pick up the package you have to bring the text message or your personal package number and picture identification.

It is safe to shop with credit cards at www.nu-denmark.com. The credit card information is transmitted in encrypted form using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer), which is an encryption technology of a high safety standard. This means that your information is sent via a secure connection, so that your card details can only be read NETS, and not the webshop or others have access to these information. We use QuickPay as payment gateway, which is certified by the PCI standard.
You can pay with following credit cards: Dankort, VISA, VISA/Dankort, VISA Electron, Mastercard, Maestro, Paypal or invoice with Viabill. Please note we do first debit the money from your card, when the package has left our warehouse.
Acknowledgement of receipt of order and order confirmation:
When you have placed an order with us you will receive a receipt for your order. From the time that you receive an order confirmation from us on e-mail, you have entered a binding purchase agreement.
14 days return policy:
When you buy from www.nu-denmark.no you have 14 days fully return policy form the date that you received the goods. Within this period you can inform us that you have regretted the purchase and return the goods to us. This right of cancellation only applies to unused products. As a consumer you only have the rights to take the goods into ”eyesight”, which means that you have the rights to check the goods as you would do it in a physical store. After receipt of the goods you may only use it in a way so that you can maintain the shape, characteristics and the way they function. If the product is used, you can only get the paid price back partly or not at all. A potential depreciation has to be paid by you as a consumer. The value of the item is determined after the price we can sell it to another costumer to.
The right of cancellation is valid 14 days from the date that you receive the goods. If the right of cancellation is expired on a holiday, Saturday, Constitution Day, Christmas Eve or New Year's Eve, it is extended to the following business day. If an order include several goods, that are delivered individually or goods delivered in more than one batch, the right of cancellation is counted form the date you received the last unit or batch.
To make use of the right of cancellation you must give us notice within 14 days after the day that you received the product. This means that you cannot cancel your purchase by inaction.

When returning an item you have to make sure that the item is securely wrapped, because you have the responsibility for the item until we receive it. Therefore we recommend that you always keep the postal receipt as well as the tracking number. The post bag, in which you receive your items, can be reused - see instructions on the bag.
You are to pay the costs of returning an item if you regret the purchase.
Please send us an email to email@example.com and inform us which article you want to return. The returned items must be in unused and original packaging with hang tags.
Please return the item as soon as possible and latest 14 days after you have informed us that you have regret.
Note! We do not accept packages sent COD.
You must fill out and attach the enclosed return note, which we have enclosed in all our shipments. Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org if you have lost your return note.
Once we have received the item and accepted the return we will transfer the price of the item to you account as soon as possible. To avoid illegal use of stolen credit cards we only pay back the amount o the same credit card as the item was bought with. We reserve the rights to hold back payment until we have received the returned item or have received documentation for the return.
NOTE: If the value of the item has been reduced you can lose the price of the item partly or fully. This can happen because:
- you have used the item,
- the item has been damaged while you had the responsibility for it,
- you have handled the item in another way that wasn’t necessary to maintain the shape, characteristics and the function
- you haven’t kept the limits of the right og cancellation regarding seal, product type etc.
Your purchases are covered by the Sale of Goods Act. This means that you have 2 years of warranty, which means that you depending on the concrete situation can have the imperfect item repaired, exchanged, the money back or a discount.
Of course it is a requirement that the complaint is legitimated, and the imperfectness not has arisen by incorrect use of the item, abrasion or other damaging behavior.
You must complain within “reasonable time” after that you have discovered the defect on the item. Therefore we recommend that you complain as soon as possible and latest 2 months after you have discovered the defect.

When returning an item we ask you to describe as detailed as possible what the problem is.
By legitimate complain we refund fair freight charges
If your complaint is legitimated we will refund the freight charges applying to the return, as long as these are considered as fair. In the opposite situation you have to pay the charges for the return, including our freight charges. Because we only want happy costumers we recommend that you contact us, if there is a problem with an item that you have bought with us.
Remember that the item always has to be shipped in secure wrapping, and make sure that you always get a shipping receipt. You have the responsibility for the package/item until we receive it. Therefore we recommend that you always keep the postal receipt including freight charges as well as the tracking number.

The above date will be stored together with information about which items you have bought. These data will be stored in 5 years from the end of the financial year in which the information relates cf. The Danish bookkeeping Act § 10, after which the data will be deleted. We would like to point out that your personal information and order information will not be deleted if you have created a login to be able to perform self-service on our website, unless you ask us to.
Your personal information will not be passed on or sold to third parties unless this is in connection with reorganization or fully or partly sale of the company. In such situation an eventual capitulation will take place in agreement with the, at that time, valid personal data protection act.
As a costumer you have the opportunity to get access to our registration of your personal data, and referring to the rules in the personal data protection act you can protest against registration. Such enquiry has to be given to nu-woman.dk by mail on firstname.lastname@example.org.
By using www.nu-denmark.com you agree to us using cookies. A cookie is a data file which is placed on your computer so that we able to follow your visit on our website and we are able to recognize your computer. A cookie is not a program and does not contain any viruses.

Governing law and jurisdiction
Purchases of goods on www.nu-demark.com is subject to the Danish law. This means that any dispute will be settled by the Danish courts.
Complaints and appeals boards

Reservations at fault
We reserve the right of inventory errors, typographical errors, pricing errors and sold out goods. In case of failure, we reserve the right to cancel the order as soon as we have made you aware of this.
NÜ takes the responsibility for all the personal information you provide us with. We use this information to assess the agreement, for deliveries, to take care of the customer relationship arising therefrom, for pursuing outstanding payments, fraud prevention and abuse and to comply with legal requirements.
NÜ doesn’t submit any information to third parties. The information is available only for the company of NÜ. In case of that you want to gain insight into the personal information we keep about you, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
If the goods you have purchased with us are defective, NÜ will comply with all legal guarantees and rules. If you have a complaint concerning manufacturing defects on a item supplied by us, including damage occurred during shipping, please contact us as soon as possible and return the item to us.
Complaints and Consumer protection
If you receive a defect item, NÜ will account for the shipping costs in case of returning the item. Law on Consumer Protection, which looks after your interests as a consumer and customer, comes naturally into force when you shop at NÜ.
NÜ is not responsible for any damage on you, except in the cases where our liability insurance covers, and can be assumed that the insurer approves the disbursement. In addition to these cases, responsibility through limited to the maximum amount that represents the purchase price of the current item. NÜ is not responsible for consequential damages.
As a result of force majeure NÜ ceases obligations. If the period during force majeure is longer than 2 months, both you and NÜ has the right to annul the agreement without that in such cases there is no debt to pay for the assailant. The force majeure is meant, among other strikes, illness of personnel, transportation disruptions and import-/export prohibition whether this occurs in the company or its suppliers.
We cannot guarantee that the colors displayed on the webshop will be the exact colors of the actual items, because the color reproduction depends on the settings on your computer, tablet etc.
